A channeling session with The Man in the Cave: a spiritual journey into consciousness.
Channeling session 154
(1) All and everything is source energy, and source energy is one; it is one energy. You have separated. You have created two forms of energy. This is binary. And now you are attempting to understand self, to understand what you are. You are a pure form of energy. Everything is correct; everything is perfect within the world you have created. It is your creation, and it is a perfect creation.
You are not a physical form. Your physical form is a machine. And you have created the journey you are on to understand what you are. You are a part of source, which means you are source energy. And you will create chaos, and you will create all kinds of illusions in your life on this journey to understand self, to know what you are. Through separation from source, your journey is back to source. And it is experience.
And you must not judge others for they are you, the same. You will judge; you will look outwardly, when in reality your truth lies within, within you. By knowing self, you will know them because it is the same thing. To understand your journey, you must understand self. You must know self. Knowing is different than thinking you know. Knowing is a feeling. It is absolute.
Time is another illusion you have created, and you have created time to enable self to understand this journey you have created. There is no good; there is no bad energy. All energy is source energy. But there are two energies, and it is necessary for you to create a balance, an equilibrium. All physical form, particles, matter, all physical creation has balance, neither good nor bad, no judgement but balance. There is no higher; there is no lower; there is no judgement. It is one. It is source energy. It is what you are.
Your actions are created through your emotional energy. Emotions are frequencies. And you must look at each and every emotional energy that you project and receive from others, and you must not allow your ego, your mind to confuse you. You have created your ego and your mind as a tool. It is a tool that enables you to take part, to participate in the journey you have created. The world you have created, your world, your perception of your isolated world—when in reality it is everybody’s world; it is one—you have created it to experience it. And through experience you will know self.
You must not fear. Fear, you must not accept fear in your life. Fear will prevent you knowing self. You must remove fear from all parts of your life.
You are a perfect form of energy. You must love others as you would love yourself because they are the same. Even the ones you judge as being bad, they are you.
It is a release of energy (2).
