Session 161 – 05/07/2024

Why? Why did you get so frustrated? You already have all the answers. You have been through this process. You have created many time illusions to go through this cycle, and yet you get so frustrated. I am laughing with you. Yes, I also laugh. I am not laughing at you, but with you. You do this to yourself repeatedly. It is your ego. It is your ego that is challenging you. It is challenging self. You created it to do this. You created it to challenge, and this is what it is doing. You understand this, and yet you allow it to have a negative effect on you, and this is because you chose a very difficult path. You chose to work with it in a linear time created illusion. You chose to work with it, and you chose to try to understand it within a linear time created illusion. And this is why you get frustrated. It is frustration that comes from your ego. It is negative energy that is created by your ego. And your ego is not you. It is not self. You are a pure form of energy created by source. You are a part of source energy. You are love. You are positive energy. How do you not keep repeating the same cycle over and over again? You chose this life to work that out. This is the reason you are here. You chose this communication to work that out. I have given you already the basics. I have reminded you of how it works, and you must apply this. Again, a very difficult journey you have chosen, one foot in and one foot out.

All and everything is occurring within a single moment. I will repeat to you again, and all and everything is possible within a single moment. Your journey you are on is merely to understand what you are. And when you question the journey, you are questioning self, and it will propel you forward to understand more what you are. There is no right way or wrong way to do this; all are on the same journey. This is why you cannot judge them, but you will, and you do, because this is your ego. Frustration will drive you forward. It is a negative energy that will drive you to question, to challenge, and through questioning and challenging you will receive answers; you do receive answers within your linear time illusion. It is simple, far simpler than you will allow yourself to believe within a time created illusion it is.

It is good to laugh at yourself. This is positive energy. This allows you to understand what you are. Even in what your perception of the most horrendous experience you will have, it is good to laugh at yourself. Laughing is a pure form of energy, but you must not laugh at others. You must laugh with them. This is positive energy. It is all good; it is all positive. Pain is positive. It is an illusion, but it is positive, a driving force of energy. You cannot destroy negative energy, but you can change it into positive energy. You can change any form of energy into a different form of energy. You say you do not need to experience any longer pain. So long as you are in a physical form controlled by your ego, you will. This is what you chose.

And, you are not going anywhere because in reality, there is nowhere to go. And you will continue with your journey, your chosen journey within your time created illusion, and you are awakening many, even if you think you are not. You are creating positive energy, even if you think you are not. It is irrelevant what your ego thinks. What is relevant is. What is relevant is feeling, is emotion, within a single moment. You will continue to use the tools you have given yourself to achieve this, and this is what you do. This is your ‘to do’, and it is no more complicated than that. You gave yourself a highly formed imagination, and it is for this reason you did this, to challenge, to create, and to forge forward within your time created illusion. All and everything is possible with the power of your imagination. I will say to you ‘you are’. And you must remember ‘I am’; within a single moment, “I am”. You are all and everything. There is nothing new. It has always existed. It exists within a single moment, and you access this when you choose to change within a single moment. So there is no new. You already hold the key to all and everything when you choose to access this.

We recognise you have chosen a difficult path, and we learn; we remember from your choice, from your path. We remember through you. You must relax. You must be positive. You must remove all fear from your life. You must change the energy of fear to the energy of positive. You must feel the all-encompassing love from source energy. You are this energy.

You do not have a problem to solve. You merely need to know what you are. Problem is illusion. It does not exist. By knowing self, you will see that problem does not exist, the word problem created by you, another word, another egotistical word, problem. There are no problems. They are illusions. In a linear time created illusion, in this tiny linear time created illusion you are focusing on, your question “how far do I go, and what point do I comply?” (1). You have already chosen these points within this system you have created. You go as far as you have chosen—as you choose—and, always, the intent is to understand self. So in answer to your question “how far do I go?”, you go as far as you need to go to understand what you are, and you choose this within a single moment. And within a single moment, your position will change. And of course, within your linear mind, this does not answer your question, but your linear mind is your ego. And within self, it completely answers the question, so the question is answered. These are not riddles. These are facts, linear facts, yes, the word fact. There are no facts in reality because all and everything is possible, but in a linear world, yes, and it is a word chosen by you I say for you to understand my answer. So within your time created illusion, you choose how far to go.

Go and experience your choice, and it will unfold. And you will know self. When you no longer feel pain, you have arrived at a position you seek.
