Session 178 – 02/10/2024

There’s much white noise, and finally, you find the box to communicate with us. Your choice and our choice. (1)

I have told you there is much you do not know, and there is much you would not understand, whilst living in a linear time created illusion, when in reality all of the answers lie within. But using a linear rationale, you would not be able to decipher or understand the information you receive. And because you challenge everything, this forces you; it forces you to eventually understand within your time created illusion. But the complexities you create are immense, the confusion, the chaos (2), and once again, I will tell you it is much simpler than that. An infinite amount of possibilities lie within consciousness, infinite, ever expanding, ever creating, ever creating universes, ever creating an expanding space and time. And to understand self you must simplify. You do not have the capacity within your data storage facility, your brain, to comprehend the immense conscious reality. Step by step, a step-by-step process within a time created illusion, which is what you choose to do. It is your ego; it is your ego that drives you to challenge. It is your ego that creates impatience. But you choose this; you chose this when you put it in your time created illusion, when in reality you choose within a single moment. It is far simpler than that because it is—you would say I am—and this is the true understanding of reality. It is no more complicated than that. And for sure, you must experience as much as you can, and as much as you will, within the illusion you have created. But it will bring you back to the beginning, of which there is no beginning; it is a cycle, a process. You are experiencing this in all dimensions, in all the different lives you are. You have experienced in a time created illusion within each and every one.

It doesn’t make sense to you, does it (3)? You are seeing, within this time created illusion, anomalies, that don’t make sense. Well, they are sense. They are your creation put there to challenge you. It is about experience, nothing more, experiencing self, knowing self, knowing what you are truly capable of. Ever-expanding physical creation is what you are capable of. But this is not self. You are source energy, one energy, all connected as one energy. This is what you are. You are.

It is fear—and fear is created through confusion—and it is fear that will hold you back. It will give you more questions than there are answers for you within a linear time created illusion. And you choose to experience this fear as a driving force to push you forward to a point of understanding, to a point of understanding self, of knowing, a point of knowing. And it is faith that keeps you on this journey you have chosen. It is fear that propels you, and it is faith that retains you, both fuel for your journey. And it is your imagination that will pull you out of this cycle that you have chosen to exist within.

And, it is one foot in and one foot out, a very lonely journey. Whilst your ego chooses to separate, your ego also finds peace within the illusion of togetherness, when in reality it is not. And when you are one foot in and one foot out, you do not have this comfort, this ego comfort, because you know within it is all together the same thing. And you are stuck. You can neither, within your time created illusion, rely upon ego or one. And it can be a very lonely place to be. But you know this, and you understand it. There is only one. It is one moment, one source, one energy. This is reality. And this is what you are. And when you are no longer a part, when you no longer choose to be a part, you will know this. It is love. It is light. It is positive. And when you raise the vibrational energy of your time created illusion, you do this within a single moment. And one can change all because all can change one, and you do this. This is what you choose to do.

If it is not simple for you to understand, then do not use your energy to force an understanding. This will create frustration. Frustration is ego created negative energy. It bears no fruit for you. You will know within. If it is for you, you will feel, and you will know. (4)

Notes:

1. When John sat down to start meditating, he could hear many frequencies in his head. It took him a while to focus on our usual frequency of 528MHz. He even hesitated to connect to a frequency, just to see, but quickly gave up.
2. Was he referring to the previous day’s events, when Iran sent missiles to Israel, to the video John sent me this morning of this reliable witness talking about extraterrestrials, or to all the knots in our brains trying to understand everything?…
3. This morning, John was also telling me about an anomaly in our magnificent cliff landscape in the village of La Roque-Gageac… Not for the first time, he’s witnessed things he can’t explain rationally.
4. While John ended the session in what he described as an orgasmic state, without, of course, the slightest sexual connotation, I ended it in a state of great frustration. I was waiting for some clarification about our physical constructions, which although composed of atoms themselves endowed with consciousness, lack the flame that burns within them…
