It is all controlled by you, everything. Your life in this time created illusion is completely controlled by you. It is your choice. It is your time that you have created. And there is nothing you cannot do. But remember it is your choice. It is no one else’s choice; it is yours. It is your choice to create, to destroy, what you choose to create and destroy. This is difficult for you to understand. It is difficult for your mind, your ego to understand this. But it is. It is. This is why it is necessary for you to separate your mind, your ego, from what you are, for you to understand this, for you to live. There is no wrong or right way of doing this. It is what it is. It is your way; it is your chosen way. You are at an illusionary point of despair, an illusion created by you. This is when you awaken. This is when you truly know what you are. For many, this appears callous, cruel. It is all an illusion, callous and cruel. It is your illusion. And it is you that implements this. These are the tools you use to experience separation, to experience pain, to experience pleasure, all chosen by you. A glimpse, a fraction of what is, of what really exists you get within this space. And yet as though you are trapped—you are not trapped—you are free to choose. But your choices with your ego will keep you trapped; your choices with your mind will keep you trapped.

Everything is connected. And everything is a part of source energy. And source encompasses all. And it is a love you could not possibly understand with your mind. By knowing what you are, by knowing self, you can apply self. This is linear logic. It is not magic. It is clear, common sense logic. A battle lies within, a battle that is created by you. In a separated illusion, you would not be content without such a battle. It is the reason you chose to focus on this illusion. And yes, it is painful. But you chose this. And your pleasure is short and sweet. Another illusion. A fix, a quick fix of pleasure and pain. One follows another. And back again. This is a cycle you also choose, until you don’t, until you become fully aware of what it is you are. You are not bored with this. Your ego tells you you are bored. You are deliberately experiencing it. You are choosing to experience it. Until you don’t, you can inject within it pain or pleasure at any moment within the time created illusion that you have chosen to focus on. Your abilities are endless, infinite. You are in full control of this. You might not think you are; your ego might not think you are, but you are.

And it is that simple. It is about detaching yourself, separating your ego from the vastness of consciousness, from source. It is about understanding one and understanding the other, and then applying yourself in a positive way, with love and with compassion to others who are on the same journey as you, no further, no more distant than you, the same. It is all your creation, all and everything. When you look around, you see millions. There is only one. And that is you; that is all; it is us; it is everything. Outside of your ego lies the all-encompassing love from source. No boundaries. Nothing left behind. All-encompassing is one. All is interconnected. You can feel it. You know it. What you perceive as difficult is not. You can remove difficult, difficult is a word; you create it. You can remove it within a single moment.

In and out. One foot in and one foot out. And this is what you created. It is not about responsibility. It is about experience. It is about knowing. It is about knowing self, knowing what you are, a pure form of energy. It is about seeing yourself in others, knowing that they are you, the same thing. It is about being compassionate towards them. It is non-judgemental. It is energy; it is pure energy. And it is, ultimately, the all-encompassing love from source energy. And it is very simple.

And, what of your journey? Well, it’s your journey. It’s what you choose. It’s what you create. Whilst your ego may desire, desire will remain desire. Your journey is not ego. It is knowing within. Now you can feel it. All and every scenario that you create is the same scenario, the same cycle. Within your time created illusion, separate and understand; understand what separation is. Understand two as one. Lift your chin off the ground. In your time created illusion, reach for the stars, and you are already there.
