A channeling session with The Man in the Cave: a spiritual journey into consciousness.

You do not know yet how simple the process is. Your mind and your ego, your linear thought process will make it complicated. You can drive a car without the necessity to know how the car operates, how it is constructed, and yet you can drive it easily. You must allow simplicity. You must be in contact with nature. It is a very simple process, and your ego will make it very complicated. And it does this to retain its position, what its perception of its position is, when in reality it is not. It was designed by you to do this as a tool. So do not get enthralled within the complexities of the workings of what you have created. This will slow you down. All you need to do is drive the car, and you will see around you the evolution of self occurring. The more complex you make it with your mind, with your ego, the longer you will create time for it to exist, when in reality there is no time; it is a single moment of existence. And when you truly understand this, you will understand all and everything. You will understand that you are a pure form of energy. You are source energy.
The library exists. Because within a single moment you can access all—you do—you already have this knowledge, this power. And you are just remembering. So do not allow your ego to separate, to control you. You must recognise what it is, and you must detach yourself from it to allow your real self to grow, to expand into what you are. And what you are is all, one, the same thing. You are becoming more aware of this. And when I say to you, you are at the very beginning of this journey, there is no beginning and there is no end. It is. You are. So, ultimately, the realisation of this will show you that you have never not been. But for me to say to you, you are at the beginning, is taken from your time created illusion, your observation of time, your creation of time, necessary for your ego to understand this. One foot in and one foot out, a difficult journey, but not impossible, because this is the reason you are here, is to experience such a journey. And this is choice. This is free will. This is your choice, your choice to separate from one to become two, to live a physical existence, to create a physical reality for you to experience that physical reality. Reason, this is reason, when in reality you do not need a reason for anything. You are source energy. You are love. And you are, ultimately, experiencing what you are: you are experiencing love. One cannot exist without the other in a physical formation, a physical creation.
All and everything occurs within a single moment. You are understanding this now, but you will never truly feel it until you are not in a physical form. Many physical and consciously aware formations understand much more than you, but they too are still a part; they are still two formations of what you would term positive and negative. They too, like you, are separated, have chosen to separate within their given time illusion. And the diversity of this would be to you incredible. Time created illusions are infinite. It is infinity, when in reality it is only one moment. And of these formations, these dimensions, they will communicate. They are communicating with you as are we (1). But it is all the same thing. It is all one. It is all source energy. And the chaos within these dimensions, although in some it is understood more than it is in others, the chaos is the same, the confusion. But separation of ego is often more advanced and understood than it is within your linear time created illusion, and applied, applied with both energies, negative and positive energies, applied the same as it is applied in your dimension, your illusion. But within all, a candle burns. And within some, it burns brighter. Again, time, in all, it is one, the same. In separation it is different.
You must keep it simple. You must not focus on the complexity of the construction of physicality. You must keep it simple. You already know within the answer. And when you are aware, you will realise that these things are not necessary to obsess about. They will inhibit your growth. You must focus on simplicity, on nature, on your connected value that you give in your time created illusion, on your stories, your creations, your participation within it, and ultimately, your acknowledgement of love. And this is done with compassion, and it is done with understanding others, and it is, ultimately, knowing that they are you, the same thing.
And, you chose; I can tell you this: you chose to work in the positive. It is what you are. And you chose to work in the light, in love. And you do. You do because you are. It is not the same for everyone, but it is what you chose to do as a pure form of energy—as are all.
Inform, but do not interfere. Allow, retain faith in the knowing, and experience. This is what you chose.

- This week has seen another exceptional event. For the first time, an entity other than The Man In The Cave has entered into direct communication with John. This was Dawn, who died a few weeks ago and was Tina’s best friend. John and Dawn were very close spiritually. Dawn has lived a very complicated life, and John has often been somewhat harsh with her, trying to make her realise certain truths. She seems to be having a good laugh about the current situation now, mocking John a little, understanding better than he does now, from her new perspective, how things work! She says that everything is going really well and that she’s in between planes. We think she’s preparing for her next journey. This being the case, John sees little point in maintaining this slightly invasive contact. He just has to find a way of breaking it off…
