Session 213 – 08/09/2026

(1) So much, so many things, so much for you to do. You have created time, and you have filled that time with so much. And yet there is no time. But your mind, your ego, your memory has created time, and within that time you have created so many things, things to do. It is chosen by you. It is not by chance; nothing happens by chance. It is your choice, your creation of your reality.

You have seen this recently, the changing of the formation of energy, is you changing that energy, with your emotional vibrations (2). It can be words, simply words that create an emotional vibration, that changes the formation of a solid, or what you perceive to be a solid reality. And in true reality there is no time; it does not exist. It is merely your creation, as it is all who create in a time dimension.

You give far too much energy to fear, fear of not doing, fear of not creating. You do not have to have fear, or worry about the people around you (3). They too have created their time, and within it they have created everything. You are experiencing self. You are experiencing what it is you really are. And it is necessary to apply a positive, to be compassionate to other people. This is a reflection of self, of what you really are, and what you really are is love, true source energy, true origin engine.

You are always looking for specific information with reference to your time created illusion. It will be, it is, there is only love. It is your experience. There is only one moment for all and everything. This you cannot possibly understand whilst you reside within a time created illusion. Be sure it is correct. You do not need to fear anything. There is no thing, nothing to fear, and yet, you build your life from fear. It is true to say that you are applying yourself from what you have heard within this space. You are applying yourself outside of it, when in reality, it is the same place, it is within you. If you have chosen, if you choose to create, you surely will. You have chosen a specific detailed journey, as have all within a time created illusion. Outside of this, there is nothing to fear. You must be aware that you have created this illusion to experience it. And your awareness of such will remove fear completely from it. And you must be compassionate to others who have created the same, which is all, which is one. Within your time created illusion you have changed many things, and many more you will change. I have told you many times about stories, about your marketing, about the way you create your stories. You create, and you build, and you live in fear. You must not do this. Remove the stories. Feel, feel your emotions; allow them to guide you. It is not what you think it is—think, think is conditioning, it is memory, it is ego—be kind to them, be compassionate, love them (4). You are both in a good place, and everything you have experienced within your time created illusion has brought you to one point, one position of understanding what it is you are. Everything is correct; there is no right way and there is no wrong way to go. It is all correct, no higher, no lower, only is. You are always looking for answers. You do not need to look or search; you merely need to know within. The answers that you seek are within the game that you play, and it is only a game. But it is not a game in the way you think it is. And the answers are already there, but this is not what you need to know. What you need to know is what you already know, within self. There is little more I can say to you I have not already said within a single moment.

1. Taking advantage of John and Tina’s visit to France, here we are back in the cave, more than a year after our last meditation. John is now very busy with new professional commitments…
2. A few days earlier, I witnessed an astonishing phenomenon: we were sitting round the table on my terrace with some potential buyers of my house. When I started talking about the cave and the energy of the place, the glass sweet jar sitting in the middle of the table shattered into a thousand pieces with a deafening crash! No news from that couple since…
3. John and I think this passage applies to me. I’m still in a dire financial situation, especially as I haven’t managed to sell the house for the past two years. And I’m really worried about my parents; I need to sell so I can move closer to them…
4. Are these the entities seeking to control us? Whilst John has, thanks in particular to these sessions, distanced himself considerably from world events, he is nevertheless still searching for explanations…
