I have told you many times the process is uniformed; it is correct; it is precise. You must take note that due to your conditioning you will apply many things within the process, branding, naming, badges. You will always want to do this. You are joined with a different energy today (1). There is a need always through your conditioning to apply branding, badges, stories, names. There is none. It is a pure form of energy. The process is defined. The outcome is your choice. The branding and the names from your conditioning will confuse you. It will confuse your journey. It will inhibit you. It is created from your ego, from your fear, from your obsession to own, to label. This does not exist. It is your illusion, your fear. You are correct to say it is pure energy that we deal with in every level, so you must dismiss names and brands and systems that you create. This will inhibit your growth.
Consciousness is one pure form of energy. It has no block. It has no stop. It does not create a blockage for itself. This is you that does this within your conditioned world, your conditioned self. There is no good, there is no bad, there is only positive and negative form of energy. Both are necessary for your growth, for your enlightenment, your awareness. If you create a brand, this is where you will live. If you create a story, this is where you will live. You must raise your vibration above this to understand what you term physics, energy, vibration, frequency. You must raise above any type of story that is created from man, from yourself, from your conditioning.
The energy that has joined us today has many past lives, many experiences that she is subconsciously aware of. You are driven by intrigue as you all are. Your intrigue will take you to a place of more understanding, more understanding of the process, the dynamics. Words like God and Soul inhibit your growth, create a story, a brand. It is marketed by yourself. It gives you a false sense of security. God is the source, the source of all energy. The process is the process. It is not complicated. You make it complicated yourself. The childlike suggestions to you, given to you through your religious beliefs will inhibit your growth. You have to expand your consciousness to understand what lies beyond this. The ignition is there. The will is there. But you have to ask questions. You do not. You should not lie content with what you believe.
Your journeys are very similar. It is the law of attraction that created this moment. It is the law of attraction that will propel, always. You are at the beginning of a very exciting journey. There is much more to learn, to experience, to participate. It is only yourself that will stop your growth. You will constantly revert back to your conditioning for security, for the fear of growth. There is nothing to fear. There is only awareness. There is only the love from the source which is not how you interpret love. You must work in the positive. You must grow self in the positive. You must be self-aware. Know thyself. If you know yourself, you will know, because it is the same.
You must not hang onto ritual conditioned by yourself (2). This is not a case of believing; this is a case of knowing. Knowing is more important than anything. When you know, there is no return from this; it is not a story. You must raise always your frequency, your vibrational energy, your positive energy. This is your journey. This is not the same journey for all, not in this moment that you are in. You must remember there are no coincidences. Nothing happens without a reason. Coincidence was invented by your ego. Your ego is necessary on the physical world that you live. It has a function. Your ego forces change within self, forces experience, and from experience you grow; you become more aware. You must never think you know; you must know. When you reach the point of knowing, there is no reason to question anymore. This is your free will. This is your freedom. This is the true interpretation of free will.
You must look within for your answer. You must not allow your mind to give you the answer (3). You must know the feeling inside when it is real. You must feel this. This is true vibrational energy from the source. This is what you are looking for. This is what we are all looking for. There is a huge distinction between knowing and thinking you know. The feeling from knowing is absolute. This is the energy from the source.
There is no need to fear. Fear is a necessary energy created in the physical world by you. It is necessary again to propel you forward to awareness, a process that you go through, a process of fear and then awareness. It is your created process. There is no fear. It is not real; it is an illusion. You must remove fear completely. All energy is created from the source. Fear is a necessary vibrational energy that you adapt to the physical world that you are in. It is a tool.
The energy in here is pure. You must look more into the metaphysical to understand more how it works. Defined process, it is uniformed; it is correct. You should be here today.

- For the first time, we welcomed someone to the cave to meditate with us. Isabelle, a friend of a very old friend, wanted to participate. We had agreed with John, before inviting anyone, to ask them to read the previous sessions in order to validate their true interest. One person changed her mind, not feeling ready to receive such material. But with the volume now exceeding a hundred pages, it seems difficult to ask volunteers to read this amount of material. On the other hand, we require the reading of at least two or three sessions in advance. This is what Isabelle did, who was always ready at the end. It turns out that this session was largely devoted to her, even if, once again, these lessons are within general scope. This experience is also interesting for John and me. We are satisfied with this session and the effect we have seen on Isabelle. It seems to us that we helped without interfering, in an extremely direct and effective way.
