Session 214 – 10/09/2026

The essence of you is the same. It never changes. Nothing changes; everything occurs within a single moment. You are the same as you always have been and are, and yet, within your time created illusion, you remember, and you dream of, and you create, and you destroy, and you go full circle and you start again; but you do not. This is what you recreate; it is what you create and you recreate, again and again and again. And it is an illusion. It is your creation. It is your matrix. And you are a pure form of energy; you are. There is no beginning and there is no end. It is one moment for all and everything, an infinite amount of possibilities, all within a single moment. Difficult for you to understand when you have created an illusion, a time created illusion to go through an illusional process of creation. And you live in a duality; this is the illusion you have chosen to experience self within. (1)

Ask yourself how different you feel. Feel; it is important for you to feel. Your feeling, your emotional state is all there is within a single moment. And you are experiencing within this moment, how important it is to remove fear. You are experiencing the power of fear, how it can control you. Once you understand what it is—a form of energy—you will not allow it any longer to control you. And this you know. You have both been on a phenomenal journey of awareness, and you will continue. You will never be apart. There is no apart; it does not exist. It is another illusion you can create within self. Nothing is separate. It is one. You have chosen this path, as have many within the time created illusion you have chosen to exist within. It is a marvellous experience, a wonderful experience of love. You now understand why there is no necessity to predict or to challenge. Simply to be is what you are. There are more than you think within your time created illusion, who understand these words now. You may feel isolated, but you are not. They are you, and you are them—it is the same thing—and we are you. Fear, when I say to you, remove fear, you cannot remove completely fear. You can accept it, acknowledge it, but do not be affected by it. It is an energy as is love.

I have told you many times ‘to do’, you do not have to do anything, but you have created this illusion to do, and you will do within this time created illusion. Everything can change within a single moment, more than you can even imagine, and there is only one moment for all and everything. The waves you create ripple through all and everything. The positive energy you create ripples through all and everything. And it is a balance. A duality is balanced to perfection; equilibrium is what it is. And it is where you have chosen to be. But ultimately there is only source, only love.

All of the lives that you create are occurring in the exact same moment. You would say, it is historic. It is not. Historic does not exist. But you cannot possibly understand this, whilst you are in your time created illusion, neither will you. You are two, but you are one, and you are one within all of the lives you created.

Follow your instinct. From your instinct is born your faith. Hear your imagination. Feel it. Listen to it. It will carve out your journey. It is already written. Do not fear, be positive, always, in every scenario, no matter how small you may think it is, be positive and stay positive. This is what you choose to be. This is what you are.

You talk of many things that are possible within your time created illusion (2). You are correct, but then all things are possible, all things are, so it is easy to say this and it is easy to say that, because all is occurring, every possibility within a single moment. And it is you that creates the story around the possibility from the imagination, from the mind to the imagination to consciousness, many stories. Duality is infinite, when in reality it is one moment. And there are many dimensions within duality, many probabilities changing constantly, and yet still in only one moment, so all is possible. It is so much; you can see so much, and yet it is the same thing: it is energy, and its origin is source, love.

Your journeys have only just begun. Now you must stay positive and love, and be compassionate to others, because they are you.

1. This morning, we realised just how much those sessions had changed both of us…
2. During our pre-meditation discussion, John was telling me about current technological developments. We were still pondering their origins, whilst discussing the incredible means of controlling the population that they now enable. John has recently been looking into smartwatches capable of monitoring various physiological parameters, equipped with laser technology which, according to him, would allow genuine two-way communication with our DNA! He also wonders about the installation, all over English towns, of strange poles, the purpose of which–present or future–nobody can say! I pointed out to him that this technology might perhaps serve humanity rather than enslave it!
