Session 156 – 12/06/2024

As is above is below, as is all and everything, it is the same thing, it is one, it is source. Your creations are precise, they are exact, they are physical formations created by you, and it is all vibrational energy. And you are correct to say it is frequencies. And it is also infinite within your physical world, your physical creations, there is nothing you cannot create when energy is formed. All of your thoughts are vibrational energy formed into physical form through the formation of particles.

As is below is above, as is above is below, it is the same thing. And you have chosen your path, you have chosen positive. Although all and everything occurs within a single moment, you have chosen to separate, to create time, to work out what it is you are, and you are a pure form of energy, of vibrational energy and you are all and everything. So, you are a part of all and every form of vibrational energy, and all has been created, all exists.

By breaking down and separating, you can and do analyse each form of vibrational energy. As you are able to count from zero to infinity, it is the same thing, each and every has a number and can be separated with a time-created illusion to allow your logic to apply. This is merely the understanding of the construct you have created, but it is not an understanding of self, a true understanding of self. It may help your journey to understand self, it does, but it is not truly self. Self lies within source, self is source energy, it is one.

I have told you many times before, the illusion you create, the one you understand with your ego is not self, it is a tool to understand self, to know self. And as you journey in your time created illusion, you understand more and more self. Everything, all thoughts, all emotions, are frequencies, are energies, that you bestow upon yourself to understand what you are. All connected, all one, the same thing, and when -which is, of course, past or future, which does not exist, but I have to use this terminology for you to understand-, and when you chose your current time created illusion, you chose, you choose what you are. You choose this for the simplest reason, and that is to understand. You will not deviate from this, so no matter how much you try, you will not because you choose not to, you have chosen not to, you have written it, you have cast it in stone. It is hard for you to understand this, it is hard for you, why you cannot apply all and everything, why you cannot change. You change all the time within a single moment, but you do not even know this, because you are living in your time created illusion. And you are living many lives within this illusion, but you are focusing on one. So, in reality, you are changing all and everything within a single moment, but you revert back always to your ego, to your mind, through your fears, through your fears of the illusion you have created, when in reality, it is only an illusion.

These words will comfort you in here, but when you focus back into the world you have created, you will soon feel the fear you create again and again and again until you do not, and it is all absolutely perfect and correct.

Things, money, gold, power, your perception of power are only things, a distraction that you impose upon yourself, an illusion. Anger, hate, sacrifice, martyr, all your own created illusions. You must look within, and you must step outside of this to know real truth, closer to source energy, the one pure energy.

You can view many things if you so wish to, but you do not, as neither do we. You can see whatever you wish to see, you can feel and touch and hear whatever you wish to hear, but you do not. Your ego thinks it does, but it does not, it is only a guide, a compass for you. There is no higher or lower, there is no above or below because it is one, but for me to explain this to you, you are above this, and you chose this. It is hard for you to believe, believe, there is another word, but it is hard for you to believe, you do not have to believe anything, you have to know it. It is hard for you to believe that you will choose this, you do, not did, do, within each and every moment, which is only one moment, you choose, you choose and you chose, it is the same thing. What an incredible journey, and of course, the message is clear, it is simple and yet you make it so complicated. It is love, it is positive, it is source, it is one, and it is no more complicated than that. (1)

Everything exists, and there is no right or wrong way, there is no good or bad, it all exists within a single moment. But for your logic to understand this, it is difficult, but it is correct, your journey is precise, it is not chaotic. Chaos only exists within the mind, within the ego. It is a defined and very precise journey you choose for a specific reason, and this you know. And you can make it as confusing and as chaotic as you like, you will, your ego will make it this way, but it is not.

And your predictions and your knowledge of your history (2), both illusions, and yet, within your time created illusion, correct for your time created illusion, and yet, an illusion. It is not what you think it is. In the vastness of consciousness, it is almost insignificant. There is no necessity for you to experience these things because you are experiencing them, you do know them, as you know us, as you always have. Have, we are, you are, it is, one moment. It is a stage-by-stage process in a time created illusion, and you choose.

All you have to do, to do, when you are in your time created illusion, in every scenario you are in, no matter how much your ego will confuse you, all you have to do is love and be positive. You will fear and slowly you will remove that fear, and you will change the energy of fear into positive, into love, and this is all you have to do. It is so simple, and your ego will make it so complicated. But this is the energy that will surface for you, it is the cream on top of the milk, it is you, it is your pure form, it is the pure form of all and every, and it is source energy, love.

What is the purpose for you to listen to all of the frequencies of which there is an infinite amount (3)? What is the purpose for you to listen to all of these frequencies when you already know what they are and what they do in a physical world. Ask yourself, what is your purpose? What are you attempting to prove? It is insignificant for you, it is like you are attempting to ride a bicycle again. Ask yourself, why? What? Where?
You have completed this cycle many times before, move on, but I do not need to tell you this, you know. And I would not tell you anything, I am merely reminding you. It’s not I that stops you investigating, it is you.

Positive, and love is all you need to feel (4).

1. We’re still trying to understand why we can’t produce any physical phenomenon or event on demand.
2. Just recently, John introduced me to another website devoted to evidence that challenges the normally accepted, even recent, history of our civilisation.
3. This morning, John arrived home with a list of frequencies, wanting to experience them all during our meditations. Knowing that everything in the physical world is vibrational energy, the idea is to be able to use them to physically create any object or event. So today we’ll be meditating at a frequency of 44.6 MHz. It’s inaudible to the ear, and I can’t remember what it was supposed to foster…
4. I had secretly asked the Man in the Cave, on the occasion of this last session which completes volume 3, to make some sort of assessment of these transmissions, hoping for some comments about us… Nothing at all, but perhaps this session is a perfect conclusion…
